The dress code is formal. Have fun wearing your fanciest attire! Have that one dress you never have an excuse to wear? Now’s your chance! No jeans or shorts please!

Due to the size of the venue, we respectfully ask that only those named on the invitation attend.

Due to venue size, unless they are named on the invitations, we respectfully ask that you leave your little ones at home.

Please RSVP either online or by RSVP card no later than April 24th, 2025. This allows us to get final counts in to our venue in a timely manner!

If the weather looks like it’s going to be poor, we will move the ceremony to the Aalto Private Room at Pyramid Lake Lodge (the same location as the reception).

The Athabasca Day Use Area is about a half hour drive from Pyramid Lake Lodge. We’ve allowed an hour between the end of the ceremony and the beginning of cocktail hour, so you’ll have lots of time to take pictures and enjoy the beauty of the Athabasca River before heading to the Lodge!

Yes! There will be a cash bar at cocktail hour and throughout the reception.
